Summary

This website sets no cookies for visitors. There is no analytics, no social media pixels, no advertising and no profiling. There is also no cookie banner — because there is no consent to ask for.

This is not an abstract point of principle: it is the only position consistent with what the company states in the Trust Center.

A small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website, allowing it to recognise you on later visits or maintain state between pages.

The applicable regime comes from Article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004 and the GDPR: cookies that are not strictly necessary require prior, informed consent that is as easy to refuse as to accept.

Cookies in use

Name Purpose When Duration
jl_admin Keep the administration session signed in Only after signing in at /admin 7 days
jl_csrf Protect against cross-site request forgery Only after signing in at /admin Session

Both are strictly necessary to the operation of the restricted area and are exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of Law 41/2004. They are first-party cookies, marked HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure in production.

A visitor who never enters /admin receives no cookie at all from this website.

Third-party resources

There are none. Typefaces are served from this domain, the map on the contact page is our own drawing with an outbound link, there are no embedded videos and no content delivery networks.

Practical consequence: no third party learns that you visited this website.

Server logs

Independently of cookies, the server logs requests for security purposes — IP address, time and requested path — retained for 30 days. They are not used for audience analysis and are not combined with other data. See the Privacy Policy.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking this website’s cookies does not affect browsing; it only prevents signing in to the administration area, which is not intended for visitors.

If this changes

If we ever introduce audience measurement, this page will be updated before any collection begins and a consent request will be presented, with refusal as simple as acceptance. Until then, there is nothing to consent to.
